PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. By accessing or using our websites (LegacyMini.Games, 0hour.online, and any associated domains or stores), Minecraft servers, digital product store, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These ToS form a legally binding agreement between you and HorizonAscent LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company. We may update these ToS at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter contracts. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and agree to comply with all applicable laws, including Minecraft's End User License Agreement (EULA).

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any other third-party game providers unless stated.

2. Service Description

We operate Minecraft servers and sell digital products such as ranks, in-game items, cosmetics, currency, kits, skins, and other virtual goods for use within our servers. All products are digital licenses for use on our platforms only.

3. Accounts and User Conduct

  • You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. Do not share credentials.
  • You must use a legitimate Minecraft account. Cracked or unauthorized accounts are prohibited.
  • Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): cheating/hacking, harassment, real-money trading (RMT), scamming, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, advertising competitors, and any illegal or disruptive behavior.
  • Violations may result in warnings, temporary or permanent bans, removal of items/ranks, or account termination without refund or compensation.

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and take action as needed to maintain a safe community.

4. Digital Products and Purchases

All products are licenses, not ownership transfers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted below), revocable license to use purchased items solely within our Service.

  • Player-to-Player Trading of Skins: We permit players to trade certain skins with each other in-game using legitimate gameplay mechanics. All such trades are at your own risk. We are not responsible for any disputes, scams, or losses that occur during player-to-player trades.
  • No Real-World Value or Cash-Outs: Digital products and in-game items have no real-world monetary value. We do not support, engage in, facilitate, or permit the conversion of any digital products, ranks, items, or currency into real-world currency, cryptocurrency, or other assets. Items are sold for in-game use only and cannot be "cashed out," sold for real money, or redeemed externally. Any attempt to do so (including through player trades) violates these ToS and may result in immediate termination.
  • Non-Transferable (General): Except for allowed in-game skin trading between players, purchased items cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or moved to other accounts outside of our permitted mechanics.
  • No Guarantee: We may modify, remove, replace, or adjust items, prices, or features at any time. Purchases do not guarantee perpetual availability or specific functionality.
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers; you agree to their terms.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of the products (immediate or near-immediate delivery upon payment), we offer no refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances, including accidental purchases, dissatisfaction, changes in server features, or account issues.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

  • Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals without prior written approval from us will result in immediate account suspension/ban, revocation of all items, and potential legal action for recovery of costs (including fees and damages).
  • We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, plugins, designs, logos, and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to HorizonAscent LLC. You receive no ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our materials without express permission.

User-generated content (e.g., builds) remains yours but grants us a license to use it for Service operation and promotion.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of digital items, progress, data, or access due to bans, resets, bugs, maintenance, or technical issues.
  • Any losses or disputes resulting from player-to-player skin trades.
  • Actions of other users.
  • Interruptions, viruses, or damages from use of the Service.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these ToS or for any other reason. Upon termination, you lose access to all items and accounts with no refund. You may request account deletion but remain bound by these ToS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HorizonAscent LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violations of these ToS, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (separate document). By using the Service, you consent to data collection as described.

11. Changes to the Service or ToS

We may update the Service or these ToS. Material changes will be notified where feasible. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana.

You waive any right to class actions or jury trials where permitted.

13. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
  • These ToS constitute the entire agreement.
